GENERAL QUESTIONS

Which industries do you work in?

We are open to all industries and think in international terms. Our focus is on CNC series machining (milling and turning) for a wide variety of sectors, particularly automotive, e-mobility, aerospace, medical technology, and plant engineering. We also implement sophisticated solutions for the electrical industry and agricultural machinery.

Where do you produce?

We manufacture exclusively at our site in Marsberg in the Sauerland region . From here, we deliver "Made in Germany" quality to the global market.

Are you purely a contract manufacturer?

No. While our core competence lies in series production, we see ourselves as a system partner . We have evolved from a traditional manufacturer to a technological pioneer and consider ourselves a constructive part of your value chain – from the shared vision to the finished product.

What does "specialist for aluminium casting" mean?

We offer seamless solutions from procurement to the finished component. Whether sophisticated prototypes or large-scale production runs: we coordinate the entire process. This applies to unmachined castings as well as ready-to-install components with complex mechanical processing.

SERVICES

Can you also supply only cast parts?

Yes. In close cooperation with our partner foundry, we handle the complete procurement of high-quality aluminum castings – whether produced using die casting, gravity die casting, or sand casting. We manage the material selection and deliver certified quality from a single source.

What services do you offer as a system supplier?

Our portfolio covers the entire chain: from the aluminum blank through CNC machining, assembly and finishing to quality assurance, fulfillment service and logistics.

What level of vertical integration do you offer?

We offer a full service: from raw material production to complex CNC milling, finishing, and assembly. For you, this means short communication channels, high flexibility, and optimally coordinated processes.

SERVICE & QUALITY

Will you handle the logistics?

Yes. As your fulfillment partner, we also handle the warehousing of your products and take care of all logistics. We deliver your assemblies just-in-time directly to your production line.

How do you ensure quality?

Through seamless quality assurance at every step, certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 . Our service begins with certified material procurement and only ends with the verified precision of the finished part.
